its ok :) i shouldnt really have posted this in the alliance forum (was meant to go in the general wow one - i know that posting in here is bound to make people think "Omg, an attack on alliance!!" - but happened to be looking at this one at the time)

anyway, yes - the point of the post was:
blzzard really should have thought of this before releasing a patch that breaks the game for basically the whole <50 playerbase :p

i would have thought though you could spirit-release, then go somewhere else for a bit :)

sure, you can. except that this has spread to the npc's in all the towns on several servers, so wherever you go (to repair, to sell, to get quests) your gonna catch it.

I could be wrong but from the actual movie it looks to me to be much more about Blizzard trying to cut down the number of players just hanging around causing lag in the city :)

i did think that, aye - i've a feeling its worked wonders for capital city lag on those servers. amazing what an epidemic can do for spreading out the population :D

Good grief will you lot all just chill!

As for the comments "being taken the wrong way / shouldn't be made" etc. etc. etc. it's EXACTLY the same as the gnome punting, ranger (paper tank / ghey!) etc. jokes made in EQ which you just have a giggle at and move on. Stop taking it all so seriously, it's a game!

Aye Roch, while it doesn't upset me it does end up affecting more people than make the comment or are upset by it though :/

I'll shutup now though and carry on with my book.
