Playing on EU server Miller as New Conglomerate
Name is Dart
SOE have outsourced the EU accounts to ProSiebenSat.1, there sites a bit shit atm
If you were in the beta you already have a Station account so can login via SOE otherwise I think you need to register on the EU site.
Although in game iv been able access the EU servers from the US client, so I dont quite know why you need to create an account with ProSiebenSat.1 and download that client

I've been watching this game over the last couple of months; twitch streams, competitive cash prize tournaments and really tried to convince myself to love it but even though its free 2 play i honestly can't be bothered to download it.. if i did and on my desktop were the Tribes icon and Planetside2 icon next to each other, i'd just pick Tribes every time.
Well played for quite a bit lastnight. I downloaded it off steam and logged in with my american sony account for planetside 1 ok.
Game is ok, I don't know but it just feels a bit samey somehow. it's good and the graphics are stunning but I just have the feeling that something is missing somehow.

Played on miller as NC a bit now took a bit to understand the cert system. But I liked it playing a engineer, hard lots of fun driving around in a Vanguard.
Sucked at piloting a Reaver cashed it into the ground, flying with mouse is hard.
Definitely need to be played with people who are organised, saw a lot of zerging. And people not repairing my MAX, I'd get revived with 1% health.

I think I am going to be on Colbalt with another gaming community I belong too called Guardians of Peace and Power. I loved this game 10 years ago and it is nice to see it given a fresh layer of paint. Enjoying the tanks so far.
I would avoid using ProSiebenSat with a barge pole they are absolutely shit, cause all manner of problems with their download etc. Just download the Steam client and use your original SOE login from the Everquest days and you are sorted, it still sees the same server list.
Getting some graphic flickering which I have to restart the game, looks like a driver issue - using a AMD6970 with 12.10 drivers +.net4 previous drivers was making my machine bluescreen. Also uninstalled the beta of Razer Game booster incase it was that as well.
Great game, better than alot of other F2P shooters out there, nice to run around with wide open spaces, doesnt feel so restrictive.

I think they are both the same tbh. euro version is supported by a 3rd party as ppl said. pro sibian or something. I'd get the steam version, you can login with your old PS account then too if you want. proseb you need to create a new account and their servers were down for most of the first week which really annoyed a lot of ppl (including me) which was why I got the steam version in the end.
