ShardTracker NCS

For all those warlocks out there who like NCS looks like I may have finally found someone to take up development/tweaking/fiddling of it. Assuming it all goes ahead I'll make sure I find out where he posts the first update so you can all get to it.

Shard Tracker Resurrection is now up at Cursed, not sure if this version is an update or not, you can work that out
