not killing the skeleton king about par really for the day im having

howd you do it the bugger killed me 3 times now and i have a templar companion

Skeleton King didn't seem that hard, what level are you at when you get to him?
I took him down fairly easy with my level 10 DH.
Just as in D2 the bosses aren't really that hard its just a matter of slowly whittling down their HP's using a repetitive attack and retreat and not getting impatient.
As I recall there's plenty of corridor space to employ guerrilla tactics.

tbh i think given the time in Beta hes a pretty easy fight I found. i think though you need to select the early skills right and have decent kit to get the DPS up a bit.

witch doctor is called McBlastey and thats my chat name too i joined a public game but theres noone in it im a lvl 9 witch doctor

Running away and kiting is a skill you learn early in this game, I'm finding. Also the Templar is a must for casters, he cant taunt the enemies away from you and run in with an often life-saving heal while knocking the buggers back.
