I get a lot of crap emails like this ,

Is there anyway to stop them ?

There are quite a few freeware application which can very cleverly filter out spam into a "spam" folder which you might want to check if you are expecting an e-mail but it doesn't arrive, other than that you can pretty much ignore the folder and smile at the cleaner mailbox.

I'm sure someone else can name then the only e-mail I use now is hotmail and that is set to only accept e-mails from peopel I know.

You can use outlook to filter certain words out, like any emailwith "refinance" will be sent to delete.
Or ask your provider if they have an online spam filter, I know BT does using Yahoos filter you can view all messages online before downloading em and say what is spam, and it learns as it goes.
Not had spam in ages because of this:)
