Stat and Skill Points

Quick dummy questions :

Do you get 5 stat points and 1 skill point every level all the way to 99?

And... I know there's a quest item that gives you an extra skill point (at least from memory that's true), but are there any other quest items that give either skill or freebie stat points?

Last one... are there any similar things that increase resistance?

Yup you get 5 stat points and 1 skill point per level plus..

Act 1 - You get 1 more skill point for clearing Pontefract (Den of Ebil)
Act 2 - You get 1 more skill point for killing Radament
Act 3 - You get 5 more stat points for getting the book in the Temple
Act 4 - You get 2 more skill points for kill Izual
Act 5 - You get +5% to all resistances for rescuing Anya.

Yes, every level gives you 5 stat points and 1 skill point.

Recovering the book in Act 3 (I think it's quest 4) will give you 5 bonus stat points.

Quests that give you extra skill points are Den of Evil (Act 1 - 1 skill point), Radament (Act 2- 1 skill point), Izual (Act 4 - 2 skill points).

Killing the Ancients in Act 5 gains you around a level's worth of XP so you'll instantly level and have 5 stat points and 1 skill points to spend.

Rescuing Anya in Act 5 will get you a +10 resist all scroll from Malah. Once you've used it, it's a permanent effect.

That reminds me. Does anyone know if Nat's full set is just the visual effect from 'fade'. It sounds like it is but I've not seen it yet (there's probably a joke in there somewhere).

I thought you got life from the golden bird quest as soon as you goty to act III, you kill the first named get a pressie you take to sailor dude, you take the golden bird to Alkor and he gives you a potion that give you life I think.

yeh 20 life points i thought? and you can get more life points from another similar quest i think in act 5?

No life from act 5 quests and life potion in act 3 is random off any champ/boss mob through out the act.

20 HP is sooo helpful in hell diff.. its hardly worth the trip over the bridge to that old ass Alkor
