I am going to be killing the spectre of ire in COB and basha has kindly offered to help. While there if we can get enough we can try the Ghoulbane heritage named.

Who fancies it?

I am not sure on how hard the GB mob is. Of course we can do other quests there if needed or then move onto somewhere else to get xp (maybe the new dungeon)

I'm game - won't be on till 8ish, but would deffo be up for the named for the GB.

The Spectre of Ire *is* one of the GB named mobs (and is the only GB mob in CoB) The other two being The Creator in RoV, and the Descendant of Torig in CH. Then finally Lord Everling in Nek Castle.

Got the name wrong Archaic Fury is the named I need in COB. Spectre was the bonus mob for GB

Ah, the Archiac Fury - that's on a 30min spawn timer and patrols the "hard" zone-in point for CoB. Level 25^^ iirc.

Quick note to say thanks to Unny for rescuing us when we rather recklessly decided to find out 'where does that go?'

Seriously CoB looks like it could still hold more fun and although they need to fix the lag in the zone, it was a great deal of fun. Admittedly we need 2 proper healers in a group but I for one thoroughly enjoyed the crawl (and subsequent shard retrieval).

To be fair we did make quite a bit of xp too. We did very well considering we only had ommy healing.

I only had 1 death too (Pallies have nothing on SK's )

Poot Muriel died about 5 times, of which 3 was caused by laggy? grp members running into more mobs in a middle of a fight.

You can keep the 2nd healer.. we need a scout with evac

good xp down there, worth another vist before it all goes green.

What a cheek!
I think you'll find the 2 pallies were casting heal and LoH left right and centre.

In any case it was great xp, the bosses dropped some very nice loot, and it was thoroughly enjoyable. I don't know whether having Skype running made it more laggy for me than anyone else was experiencing but it was a bit choppy and I was definitely responsible once for lagging into an extra set of mobs.

It all added to the excitement of a good night gaming for me
