whats the best way to train both these skills from 85+

The best way is as follows, but make sure your music skill is NOT higher than 100, or you will increase the chance of success and lessen the chance of gains:
Peace - you can sit in your rocking chair and area peace until you hit 120
Provoke - harder, to get to about 90 try cyclopses and titans... then get a tamer to tame some cu sidhes and put them in a prepared area in a house so they are separated and can not actually attck each other. You can then provoke A onto B, B onto C, C onto D, D onto A etc. I managed to get to 120 by doing this.

ahh i only tryed it with 2 cu sidhes thats prolly why it never worked with me haha thx ill give it a try one day when im free

so this is a room with a row of tables or boxes that makes for sections and a cu shide in each quater?

You can do it that way, or when you customise your house have small parts (1 square) in a row sectioned off with teleporters so you can drop the pets off and then use "leave house" option
