If people could pop down their computer specs / modem / drivers etc. I'll have a look into tweaks for optimizing the speed you can run it at. 56k'ers included

GF3 Ti200 (O/C'd to the Ti500 stock settings)

ISDN getting 130 pings or so last night which aint bad, lowest was 65 in one match

amd k7 1333mhz, geforce 2 MX, 256 ddr ram, win 98... i don't NEED it tweaking.. it runs fine

You'd be surprised what a 56k modem can do when properly tuned

Naw do'nt play with modem strings or MTU settings, screw them up and yer fubar'd for good. I played with my MTU settings once, got it perfect for FPS games but web surfing and downloading was a complete shambles, so I just leave it now.

As for tweaking I think my system runs well enough now thanks but any tips you have on making phx's puter think its lagging would be greatly appreciated *mutters "bloody LPB's" and smirks*

Got to admit I was fair disgusted to find most of my online wins I have had the lowest ping.Not that I take screenies *shakes head* oh no not I. (ok its still a novelty so yes I do)
