UT Night is back!

It will be in #ClanUk on irc.utgames.com at 6:30PM GMT

If you dont know what that means... read on

Follow these procedures to get in this channel.

1 - Select Multiplayer , find internet games

2 - Select the chat tab

3 - click on the writing next to where it says IRC server and type...
irc.utgames.com

4 - Click Connect

5 - Upon entering what looks like a chatroom... (handles on the right, text box at the bottom)... type

/join #ClanUk

6 - Say Hello to me

Games will be picked and the server name copy / pasted into the channel...

All people will be treated on having a fresh install of UT, no games with maps needing downloading / mods needing downloading will be selected...

Some games may have small files needed to play on them , these will be small ( max 200kb ) and will only take a few seconds to recieve...

Games that require a server password will not be used...

Instagib is great, but sadly i cant make it im working sunday night cant we do it on saturday i dont work saturday nights as a rule

Think quite a few people "book" their saturdays for contact with the outside world. And im off to a mates B'day doo, dont mind you lot having it while im not there though... just thought id get FPS's going again

i would LOVE to come along to that.... however, i have an a-level exam on monday, so it may be slightly difficult. I'll try and turn up for a little while though, as i have eventually got round to getting UT =)

never played UT online before, so i'm gonna have to learn to lag shoot, and prolly loose all games

Emmon i have Saturdays off so i can do stuff in the outside world, or play games

I have to work 1 weekend day in my contract and er saturdays better for drinking than sunday

Come to think of it Insta gib is a good warm up.You dont have to worry about finding a gun and you get stuck in trying to shoot ppl yet not get shot.

u might find it easy cos u play online,

i got 2 problems::

1. my area, not a particularly good area, i never connect at 56k, about 40k is what i get

2. I played the game to death on single player... hence used to having 0 ping, hence i hit them on my screen, it hits... online its different (i'm led to believe)
just thing is i'm so used to playing offline, i'll have trouble converting
