Its time to lock up the children and get out the big guns again because there's a new virus on the block. Actually there's a few, but the one that's got people all scared is the MyDoom variant mydoom.o. For information on the virus and how to recognise it see here . For the latest DAT file to update your Mcafee VirusScan software click on the link at the bottom of this page where it says "> Download".

Norton's Symantec anti-virus software has the fix on this page

And the last one I can be bothered to find comes from Sophos. Actually these guys were the quickest to come out with a fix which you can get by clicking here
