Why some cards won't be allowed in the MTG Ladder

Just as an example of why some cards shouldn't be allowed (and this is a very obvious example)

These are from the Unglued deck so it's a little more obvious than normal, any cards/whole boosters people would like to see not allowed in the ladder please say here so I don't miss anything.

I was going to just adopt the existing proper magic league rules but wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything.
