is there anyway to update your friends lists on the PC rather than the xbox? takes too long on that

Aye Dareos, goto the first page, first post, you'll see at the bottom your Gametag pretty looking thing, click your name there, sign into x-box live on the xbox website, goto friends via the top right combo and hey presto add everyone that way
