yay! anyways wheres the weekly write up?,i want to hear about those naff rolls i got and how i skillfully blocked the doorway so no one could get a clear shot at the goblins

The party entered the observatory amidst a strange storm which seemed to be centered on the thing. Fighting their way through they found schematics for some thing called the cosmic machine, with notes suggesting changes to be made which would turn it into some kind of portal opening device.
The group found the actual machine and a battle ensued in which they fought and killed a pair of spiked chain weilding orcs. Once down they turned their attention to the machine.
Instead of disabling it the group spent around 13 rounds getting to the top of the tower, fighting off creatures coming through mirrors from another plane, to eventually remove the dragonshard and deactivate the portal.
But they won out in the end ;-) (end of module)

Heads up for tonight.
i've been coerced into going to a leaving do in the city at 4pm today. Im not really expecting to get home much before 8 - 8:30pm and i dont expect to be in a sensible mood to run the game
Are we happy to move to Sunday this week? Or do you want me to attempt to run tonight when i get home?
