also in those notes but hidden slightly:
- 2 weeks after 3.2, all level 80 characters will be the same gear level. it wont matter if you've been playing the last 6 months, or just shelved your char when you hit 80 in december - with the new badge changes, you too can get ulduar gear - but not from raiding! just from spending a few hours doing 5man heroics!
- warriors get a massive buff, which is exactly what every warrior has been asking for for months!
Armored to the Teeth: This talent now provides 1/2/3 attack power per 108 armor, up from per 180 armor. - fuck yes, an extra 250ap to prot warriors, 150ap to dps warriors! we're now perfect. the epitome of class design. (yes, thats the only warrior change. what, you wanted the classes glaring deficiences that you've been talking about for months addressed? a rage system that doesnt mean we have to nerf you hideously every 6 months? nah, we've got pallys to buff.)
- new argent tournament raid! "you have defeated the old god of death, and the titan purifier! now go fight an enemy even tougher - some random people/things you've never heard of in a collosseum that only just got built!". players of all classes will enjoy fighting 'mutated giant jormungar worm' and 'random alliance/horde hero you've never heard of, and who wasnt around when ulduar happened, but is suddenly the greatest hero the alliance/horde have ever seen'.
-proffesions upgraded! A jewelcrafter automatically gets upgraded dragonseyes (so they can concentrate on ripping everyone off on the epic gems they can get very cheaply from things like icy prisms). and indeed most proffesions get auto-upgraded. and then theres blacksmithing. blacksmiths dont need upgrading, because they can use the epic gems in their 2 extra gemslots! yes, they can pay probably about 2000g to get the bonus, while everyone else gets it for free. blacksmithing is extremely effective at the moment (with many blacksmiths making eternal belt buckles on a monthly basis, and made their last useful plate item a mere 6 months ago) so they certainly dont need any changes.
- prot pallys made immune to dying-of-stupidity, from things like void zones, mimirons rockets, and falling from 5000ft up.
