It's very much like the Minotaur mission 2-3. You *can* go will an alliance if you're all n00bs or just want to overkill it, but one party can do it easy if they at least sort of know what they're doing.
i.e.
-Make sure everyone's hate is completely cleared <<< this is really really important, but relatively easy to do with a group since all the beastman kills party does count towards clearing everyone's hate. Takes about 45mins-1hr of solid killing to get from max. hate to clear with a party killing beastmen.
-Avoid aggro best you can (Since you cleared hate, fomors won't aggro but you still need to dodge some true sight minotaurs, hecteyes and undead skeletons. Bats in Sacrarium do not aggro even to resting.) Bring silent oils.
-When fighting the main boss (professor Mariselle), ignore his pupils till he's dead. He warps around quite a bit so keep on the ball and run like lightning after him when he does and stick to him and not his pupils (they're all undead ghosts, so in practice it means you're running around a room with three brown bogies floating and warping around, make sure you're attacking the right one at all times... the pupils can still mash in a mage so always a good idea from tanks to throw random vokes/flashes/ninjutsu their way to keep them off softer targets though).
For setup I'd say we go with the usual, Min-PLD, Fey-RDM, Sorran&Sinoc-BLM, JB-WHM. Scuds and Ritter can tag along with whatever jobs they'll have equip for, I'd imagine Scuds will be NIN or MNK and Ritter WAR (or if Moorey's more comfortable with PLD but I think he's only got limited gear). I won't be of any use for the main boss fight since I'll be waiting on you guys behind the door.
