yah, no Ritter/Moorey or 2nd key and clearing the hate is absolutely vital or you will aggro and get everyone killed.
If you don't clear hate we'd need to kill all the fomors in the library where mariselle (the mission NM) pops and in the libraries next to it since Fomors aggro through walls and there's like six or eight IT fomors in each room. >.>; The beauty of fomor hate is that once it's fully cleared, you can run around them without sneak and do whatever you want with absolutely no aggro.

I need to clear hate too before we do this and yeah, I was working with the assumption it wasn't happening tonight.
Basically we just need to work out a day when all of us (including Ritter) can do it and then make sure we get our hate cleared beforehand.

BTW, I spoke to Ritter earlier, sounds like next Monday might be good since it's a bank holiday, although we might not know for sure until closer to the day. Let's all try to clear our hate before next Monday then fingers crossed everyone can make it?

Preparation: make sure u get all the previous cutscenes (cid being the last one to talk to before ya are ready for 5-1 fight).

Just talking to Scuds now, the party setup I'd recommend would be like this:
Minagi- PLD (not like there's any choice)
Feyla- NIN (one of the mobs does a throat stabby move that drops tank to a sliver of health, two tanks capable of bouncing hate are by far the safest way to go)
Scudley-MNK (100 fists on the mob that spawns out babies is awesome)
JB-WHM
Sorran and Sinoc-BLM
I'll come along for the trip up and wait outside the BCNM to raise your sorry asses in the very slim chance of wipe.
Reason I'm suggesting the above is that like all promys being able to deal huge spike damage towards the end of each mob's life is the easiest and safest way to go. RDM doesn't really do anything useful compared to how much you want DD in this- refresh is replaceable by Yagudo Drinks and if Fey goes as NIN she can chuck out para/slow/blind.
Those of you who have done ENM-Automaton Assault, the principle is the same: The mobs won't link and you can pull them one at a time but when the one you are fighting hits about 20% health the next one will come help it out. Having TP and damage to finish the two first ones off fast is what will make or break this fight imo. Also the first mob is the dangerous one with the throat stabby move so two tanks sharing hate on it helps tons.
