If you already have an existing Turbine account but do not have a DDO subscription on that account you can contact our Accounts Management team using the form here and in the "Type of Issue" drop down menu select: "New Free Account Key Request"

Had a Turbine account for LOTR I think but cant remember the username or password. Yeah mate, sent two of those forms off now and no one got back yet.

My key took around 9hrs before I got a response m8.

Q for Sorontar and others playing....
Does everyone play a pally in the noob zone? Or do clerics, fighters & pallys just look the same?

Not too sure bud but I think they all get the same beaten up armour as a reward from the group they help out after the beach.

So they may look the same yes.

OK how does this work for those of us with an account for DDO already?

Do we just log into a different server?

Can we cancel the current subscription and just play this?

This is in the states and run by Turbine so a seperate account bud.

I have cancelled by 6 month euro sub with Codemasters as it wasn't worth keeping because of the limited time I have to play. Having said that free is worth having :)

If you want to keep your euro sub AND play in the US you can do that as well but you just need to create that account with Turbine and d/l the client.

Still getting the "Your submission contained an error. Please try again. Code: #FTxLIX9KVAP" error and have opened ticket. Thankfully directed to the download page here so can dl client while waiting...

Hope so. 3GB of currently unplayable game isn't going to be sitting on my pc for too long... having Bioshock and Fallout flashbacks...

Just tried to create another ticket, and now in addition to your CC details and cardholder name, it wants to know what server Im on and wont proceed if I put "None" :(

Cull are u absolutley sure you are using the right link m8? I never had to put what server I was on down?

Check the like called here further up the thread.

Can't seem to get it to install.. Gets right to the end and the command box that comes up to register it with RegisterMCEApp.exe gives an error, then I just get a box with a lot of errors come up :\ Tried re-installing and re-downloading several times too, Running Vista. Had it working before (When I last played, same computer), so maybe its borked?

Would appear i was just missing the Font.. :-\

Now just got to wait till 5 so i can patch. (If there are patches, just gives me connection attempt failed now, blergh)
