Typical, installed to find servers down till 17:00. Is there a particular server you're all connected to?
I'll roll Pitsweat tonight, probably a rogue for tradition sake.
That guide for WoW players was very useful. Am looking forward to giving the game a whirl (which means my laptop is probably too old to play and will fail), though disturbed that they don't appear to have Chuck Norris quotes every ten minutes.

I would suggest Cannith as it is a completely new server for the Unlimited launch, it's busy as hell at the moment and has no 32 point builds with lots of people levelling through the content.
I think I read somewhere that there are about 80 quests in all in the free content, with nothing much above 12th level. I suppose they expect that if you have exhausted that lot you'd be looking at some of the adventure packages.
There is a good thread that goes over each of the packages and suggests what to purchase if you need to.

Out, hopefully not. Tempting womanfate is dangerous business mate. I'm surprised that the online form didn't get things sorted for you - it's usually me that has these issues.
Have just been killing cultists to protect the Big Purple One from Quality Street. Fairly easy job after hiding in the shadows (big flaming longsword not giving away my possition). Was fun!

Enjoyed game today. Early content easily soloable for rogue on solo or normal difficulty. Hit lvl 1 rank 4 before laptop died. Really like the way all quests are replayable so you get benefit helping someone with one you've completed or you could party a fun quest at harder difficulty for better loot.

Is that the one for people who already have an account and are adding DDO?
One of the support chaps said you can leave the CC blank OR put 0000 if no details are on file.

It wont let you. Just comes up red and wont proceed.

OK I have submitted another ticket, only way I could get the form to send was to put 0's in the card number, "huh?" in the cardholder name box and Cannith as my server/gameworld. I think this one is doomed to failiure too because its just going to confuse them.
On a lighter note, I followed a link from the knowledge base that promised more help - it went to the main Turbine account page where the follow on link - still promising more help/knowledge - takes you back to the page you started on. Just like those awful teleporter rooms ancient D n D adventure writers were so fond of!

which assumes that yiou already have an account and server, and dont reply to you if you do not.
One work around on forums is to get someone who has an ISP that dose'nt have a problem ( I.e. NOt Virgin Media ) to create the account for you with your username and a temp password that you just change afterwards. Can anyone help?
