apart from that im in the underworks clearing out shrines and tombs and christ there hard one im on atm is 4 peeps 2 mages and one guy who summones his own corpser twisted humie not nice..

they keep casting a spell which reduces my end down to bugger all and my str down from 100 to 0 too comical so im stocking up on pots and thieving ever little thing i can in balmaron so i can go back and woop ass :)

apart from that it's fun if a bit buggy when you have mass fights ive crashed to Desktop 4 times today during massive rows :)

15th level Wood Elf Thief.

Best stat is sneak at 92. (Which is dead easy to raise)

Can I say this game rocks.

Would recommened this to any person who loves to explore, do quests, or simply play a character in a new world.

The game world is huge, and its goning to take a long time to finish. Heck I have only fully explored 2 towns.

Found a magical longsword on top of a wardrobe within a guard tower in Balmora worth 17000, but I think loot is random for each game. Worth checking out though.

Must dash...

Well i dont like it at all ;-/

The combat dynamics are utterly woeful in extremis - almost no attention has been spent on mellee combat and it is probably one of the worst systems i have ever encountered in this respect.... the devs obviously were not bothered about close combat.

I also find the world and "story line" to be uninspiring and dull, its big, there's lots of it but its very very static and undynamic. ITs a resource hog and the constant "loading exterior" messages are utterly frustrating and destroy any chance of immersiveness - running around the exterior world is a constant stutter with "loading" messages every 50 yards or so (at least thats how it feels).

AI is awful, mellee variability is non existant, there are virtually no combat/armour modifiers at all and weapon types, although varied, have no variable styles or impacts.

The sound is terribly glitchy especially running with EAX or surround as looking directly at an NPC results in the sound not being sent to either speaker but almost muted - hence subtitles being essential or the annoyance of having to constantly look away from people to hear them.

Too many little annoyances and shortcomings to be interesting to me im afraid...

A big sprawling goo of uninspired nothingness.
