if his guilds like mine, you do the easy stuff 25man, but you can't rely on all 25 people to be competent (or even present!) enough to do hardmodes, so stick to 10mans for hardmodes.
edit: yes yes, elitist, blah, whatever. if the other 15 people want to do hardmodes too they can form another 10man if they're up to it. and if they're not then that justifies them not going to 25man HMs really, doesnt it
