First thing LFC did at the end of the season was double his money to �70k a week and give him a new four year contract. Not that we need to worry about him; if you cut him in half you'd find LFC going through the middle of him like a stick of rock. His commitment to LFC is reknowned.

Agree with you about last night Janie; Gerrard definitely man of the match. He didnt play like that in over two thirds of Prem games last season though. Looks like he has got his head right and having signed a new contract lets hope we see a much better season from him.
